Outsourced financial management is our core business. We can cover any or every part of your finance function from budgeting, through payroll, bookkeeping and VAT returns to management reporting and year end accounts. We are a Xero certified partner and use Xero’s market-leading cloud-based accounting platform to manage our clients’ accounts and give 24/7 worldwide access to live financial data.

We are motivated by your mission and success. At the start of any outsourced contract we invest our time in getting to know you and your business in order to build a stable long-lasting relationship. We are proud that all 3 of the outsourced clients we took on in 2010 (our first year offering outsourced support) are still with us today.

We work exclusively with charities and mission-led businesses. We have wide experience of the challenges faced by restricted funding and donor reporting requirements and of setting up robust systems to deal with them.

As a CIMA specialist practice, management accounts are a particular speciality. Our
trademark reporting packs always include a key trends dashboard giving you a 1-page executive summary of your finances backed up by more detailed drill down reports.
Transparent
We will agree a contact that details how we will work together, and we prefer to work on a flat fee basis to give you budget certainty.
